\nWhat to expect &ndash\; Groups of students will be coming every 45 minutes throughout the day. \; You will be able to interact with students\, local leaders and elected officials. \; Talk about your business and the local career opportunities your company offers\, now and in the future. \; Similar to a tradeshow environment. \; You can anticipate 240 or more student visitors\; kids do like swag.

\nBring tools of the trade to grab the student&rsquo\;s attention\, help initiate conversations and talking points. \; Think outside of the box &ndash\; what could you bring that would demand attention and stand out?

\nPromote your company &ndash\; what do you do &\; why is it important? \; How can a student have a career in your field? \; What would they need to do in order to get hired? \; Experience in the field\, technical college\, certification? \; Can a student achieve this while attending school\, ready to join the work force upon graduation\, i.e. internships\, apprenticeships or work release partnership with the high school?
