DESCRIPTION:The 16th Annual Dahlonega Literary Festival returns with a day packed with panels\, workshops\, special appearances\, and special events. Start out the day with "Coffee with Terry Kay\," attend panels featuring an array of Featured Authors and Regional Wrters writing in various genres\, hear UNG's president\, Dr. Jacobs\, discuss writing her children's boo\, eat lunch with your favorite Featured Author\, participate in writing workshops\, and then top it all off with Rebecca Wells' presentation.\n\n\n\nPlease see https://literaryfestival.org/ for the full schedule. Panels and workshops are free and open to the public. Tickets are required for Lunch with the Featured Authors\, and for the headliner event featuring Rebecca Wells: "Divine Daughter of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood\," which will benefit the new public library in Dahlonega.\n\n\n\nWorkshops include Poetry: Write It in Verse\; Memoir Writing: Writing a Legacy\; Promoting Your Writing\; and Screenwriting.\n\n\n\nAll events\, except for Lunch with the Featured Authors\, will be held at the Dahlonega Baptist Church\, 234 Hawkins Street\, Dahlonega.
