Because of this\, it is common for women to feel they have to emulate masculine traits in order to get ahead. However\, one could argue that this old paradigm of leadership has often come at the expense of the environment\, diverse peoples and the mental health of the workforce. But what if we could shift to a more sustainable paradigm of leadership\, one that champions both masculine and feminine values both guts and grace.
