DESCRIPTION:Trick-or-Treat Dahlonega\n\nGhosts\, goblins\, witches\, wizards and more will be wandering the streets of Downtown Dahlonega on October 31\, 2016 at Trick-or-Treat Dahlonega. This event\, brought to the community by the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce and downtown merchants\, provides a safe environment for parents to bring children trick or treating during daylight hours.\nThe event will take place on Monday\, October 31 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM\, rain or shine. Trick-or-Treat Dahlonega is intended for children ages 12 and under and appropriate costumes are appreciated! For safety reasons\, the roads will be closed and re-routed during the event.\n\n\n\nCostume Contest at the Dahlonega Gold Museum at 6:00 PM\n\nRegistration: 5:15 PM to 5:45 PM\n\nAge groups for costumes with 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd & most original awards\n\n\n\nTrunk-or-Treat presented by UNG Office of Residence Life\n\n6:00 PM to 8:00 PM\n\nIn parking lot 16 adjacent to Chestatee Street\n\nPlease help Dahlonega keep this family fun tradition! Donate candy at the Visitors Center\, Bank of the Ozarks\, North Georgia Hair Cutters\, and United Community Bank. (Donated candy will be distributed to the downtown merchants)\n\nPark near the Square or the University and walk between the three events!
