SUMMARY:Unplug to Connect: A Family-Friendly Yoga Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Sweet Sunshine Yoga invites you to leave technology behind Memorial Day weekend to connect with nature\, family\, friends\, and yourself on an all-inclusive yoga retreat.  Overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains\, Dahlonega Spa Resort has 72 acres of open meadows and woods and is just over an hour north of Atlanta. Unplug from screens\, practice yoga once or twice per day\, and engage in light hiking in the 1.5 miles of walking trails.  Kids can attend\, and the resort welcomes art\, sports\, music and games to engage families.  Other activities include a 40-foot walking meditation labyrinth and an outdoor Jacuzzi at the forest's edge. All meals are served at the on-site restaurant featuring fresh\, locally sourced food. \n\n \n\nExperience a true digital detox so you enjoy time with the ones you love. Explore the earth and play. Breathe in the springtime mountain air. A group schedule will be provided\, but feel free to deviate and explore a different flow as desired.\n\n \n\nOur group will be in private cabins in a more secluded area of the resort.
