Scares on the Square~ Scarecrows in Downtown Dahlonega

For the second year of Scares on the Square, we’re taking the scarecrows to the shops. Build and display a scarecrow in front of your business (remember, of course, to secure your scarecrow to a base and leave at least 3’ of sidewalk walking space around your scarecrow) for the month of October. No fee to enter, but send us your location so we can add you to our viewing map that will be available for visitors and photo opportunities. No themes, but please consider community standards and sensitivities when constructing your scarecrow. Join us, won’t you?
