SUMMARY:Authors in the Afternoon at the Library!
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Friends of Lumpkin County Library\, the library will be hosting the next in the series\, "Authors in the Afternoon." This is a free series of presentations by local authors who will be on hand at the library to talk about their current works.  Each author will give a presentation followed by a Q & A session.  Books may also be signed and/or purchased from the authors as well.  Please join us Thursday\, July 14\, 2022\, at 3:00 p.m.\n\n \n\nMr. Jameson Gregg will be our guest for the July event and will be talking about his books\, "Luck be a Chicken" and "Uncorked and Off the Chain." His presentation will begin at 3:00 p.m.\, followed by a Q & A session\, and the opportunity to purchase signed copies of his books.  Light refreshments will be served.  Following the author presentation\, the public is invited to attend the July meeting of the Friends of Lumpkin County Library\, to be held at 4:30 p.m.  This would be a great time to find out more about all the great things that the Friends of the Library does to support YOUR library.
