DESCRIPTION:Restorative Yoga Certification on Retreat\nPose by Pose Yoga will be offering its first Restorative Yoga Certification. This 20-hour certification will focus on the mental and physical benefits of restorative yoga. We will explore the practice as well as the premise in which restorative yoga is best utilized as a therapeutic method. There will be equal amount of practice to learning\, as we are better teachers if we truly explore the methods we are teaching on a personal level.\n\n \n\nThis certification can be used towards your Pose by Pose Yoga Certification or as a YACEP for Yoga Alliance. Upon completion of the course\, you will be issued a Restorative Yoga Certification. You must attend the scheduled classes in order to receive the certification\, but note\, there will be plenty of time for you to book excursions\, spa treatments or simply enjoy being surrounded by nature.
