Enotah CASA Mountain Arts Festival
Enotah CASA presents the Mountain Arts Fest craft fair to be held at R-Ranch in the Mountains. This is to raise money for children placed in Foster Care. Court Appointed Special Advocates are volunteers who represent the best interests of the child.
