The name of the winner of the Friends of the Lumpkin County Library's Year of Chocolate drawing will be chosen at the Chamber's Business After Hours at Kaya Vineyards & Winery. The winner of the library's fundraiser will receive a lb. of chocolate from the Dahlonega Fudge Factory, each month, for a year. Last minute tickets can be purchased at the door prior to the drawing.
