Leaf + water = medicine. For thousands of years humans have been using teas medicinally. In this fun, hands-on workshop you will learn how to use different herbal teas to treat everyday ailments. You will taste a variety of teas that can help with things like digestion, anxiety, pain, sleep, allergies and more. If you want to avoid the chemicals, dyes and fillers found in other products then you need to attend this workshop! Saturday, March 4^th at 3:00pm.
