Our thoughts, actions and feelings define who and what we are. The problem is, so often what we think, feel, and do are three different things. This incongruence can cause many issues in our lives. During this Nuts-N-Bolts workshop, we will explore how this dissonance can be created and how to get started to bring our lives closer to congruence and this congruence can help in live and in business.
