MULTI AWARD WINNING LIVE RADIO SHOW IS BACK AT THE HISTORIC HOLLY THEATER The new season of the Mountain Music & Medicine Show returns to Dahlonega, at its new home - the Historic Holly Theater. The Mountain Music & Medicine Show has won three awards from the Georgia Association of Broadcasters for best locally produced live radio show in the State. It can be heard via the air-waves on WUGA 91.7/97.9 FM from Athens. The show is centered in Dahlonega with stories set between the Gold Rush days of the early 1800s up to the early 1950s. Doc Johnson's Traveling Miracle Medicine Show has come to town and set up on the Square. Doc Johnson presents musical acts as well as his own brand of humor,all set in a live old-time radio broadcast.
