About Will Wade:
Will Wade has been a community banker for 22 years and currently serves as Senior Vice President at Southern Bank & Trust, a Division of Pinnacle Bank. Will earned his Graduate Degree in Banking in 2005 from UGA/GBA and his BA in Finance and Accounting in 2001 from UNG.
Will has spent his entire 22-year career as a local banker helping families and small business owners in our community get access to capital to create jobs, expand businesses, and make investments in rural Georgia.
Will currently serves on the Governor's COVID-19 Task Force Economic Impact Committee, on the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Chamber & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, as a Rotarian in both Dawson and Lumpkin Counties since 2006, a Former Chairman of Dawson County Board of Education, Commissioner for 9th District on Georgia Student Finance Commission and is a member of GMRC and GM Workforce Development Board. In addition, Will volunteers for many local charities.
Will is married to Dr. Jennifer Sheffield-Wade, a Lumpkin County Schools Educator and is father to Jenna and Walker.
