Sunburst Salad: Mixed greens with dried cranberries, toasted almonds, bleu cheese crumbles with a Cajun raspberry vinaigrette.

A P P E T I Z E R
Crab Stuffed Peppers: Beer battered bell pepper fried golden brown then stuffed with crab claw meat, fire roasted corn, red onions, and dirty rice topped with mozzarella cheese and finished in the oven to perfection.

Lobster Risotto: Lobster Risotto topped with a grilled lobster tail.
Duck & Smoked Salmon: Pan seared French duck breast over grilled asparagus on a bed of Atlantic smoked salmon with herb roasted potatoes finished with a red wine sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Filet: Bacon wrapped filet with a peppercorn sauce over maple honey brussels sprouts and Garlic smashed potatoes.

Tiramisu: A decadent collaboration with Jethro's Coffee consisting of espresso-soaked ladyfingers surrounded by lightly sweetened whipped cream and a rich mascarpone.

Love Potion: Muddled raspberries, splash of lemon sour, Triple Sec, and topped with Rosé
Kiss Me Martini: Tito's, Kahlua, splash of half&half, and topped with a splash of Jethro's Coffee espresso & fresh raspberries
