The Seafood Menu is part of a year-long tour of celebrating the history of New Orleans food, drink and culture. We are curating the dishes as plates to excite the palate and prepare our guests for the unparalleled Bourbon Street dining experience.
Our staff has been researching the gold mine of Cajun culture and will be presenting small tastes of what makes New Orleans such a treasure for food, drinks and good times!
