We’re looking for a hands-on team member who can do it all—build custom closets in our manufacturing shop and install them in clients’ homes across the Atlanta area.

What you’ll do:

•  Fabricate custom closet components in the shop using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and cut lists

•  Cut, edge-band, assemble, and quality-check melamine/laminate panels, drawers, shelves, and hardware

•  Load materials and travel to residential job sites to install complete closet systems

•  Read and follow design plans/blueprints, make precise on-site adjustments, and ensure a clean, professional finish

•  Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service during installations

•  Maintain a safe, organized shop and job-site environment

What we’re looking for:

•  Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or custom closet fabrication/installation preferred (we’ll train the right person)

•  Comfortable using table saws, drills, levels, and other shop/hand tools

•  Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work both indoors in the shop and on job sites

•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

•  Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented attitude

•  High school diploma or equivalent
