My career includes executive leadership with AutoNation and nearly a decade as a Vistage Chair, coaching CEOs and business owners through leadership, growth, and organizational challenges. Today, as an Executive Coach and Leadership Performance Partner, I help leaders strengthen their leadership, build high-performing teams, and unlock organizational potential.
